Lisa Olivia Munn was conceived in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese origin and grew up in Vietnam. The father of her Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family that has long-standing roots in the American South. Olivia's parents divorced at the age of 2. She grew up with her mother, who worked as a pilot in the United States Air Force, and her stepfather. The family stayed throughout the world, her principal place of residence is Tokyo, Japan. In the years that followed she was a part of a number of local theater productions and later was a model for the Japanese fashion business. Olivia relocated to Los Angeles when her family had moved back home to her home in the United States to follow her aspirations of becoming an actress. Her acting journey began with a small role. It was then that her acting career began to take off after she was cast in the role of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television show Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007 she appeared as Rob Schneider's receptionist. She hosts the podcasts "Formula D", "The Daily Nut" as well as "The Daily Nut". Surfing is her passion, and she practices it since the TV series Beyond the Break (2006). Also, she has black belts in Taekwondo. At the age of two, old her mother remarried, this time to an officer from the US Air Force. Her family was primarily from Tokyo, Japan where her stepfather worked. The university she attended was the University of Oklahoma where she was a journalism major, with minors in Japanese and drama art.
